Online mindfulness meditation sessions in English

Would you like to start your week by cultivating mindfulness and compassion?
Join us online from anywhere on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm Budapest time for guided mindfulness meditation and a chance to connect.

During these weekly meditation sessions we delve into a topic through a quote or passage, encouraging shared reflection. This safe space is designed for mutual check-ins, and you are invited to ask any questions. Eszter will guide you through a grounding meditation for a calming experience.

Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to our online mindfulness meditation circles. You can find more information here.

Feel free to join our meditation circles as often as you’d like. Access to the Google Meet link will be provided once you express your interest by joining our mailing list.
